Special Action of Shanghai to Promote Large scale Equipment Renewal and Innovative Product Expansion in the Industrial Sector
Promoting large-scale equipment updates and expanding the application of innovative products is an important means to accelerate the development of new industrialization, high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing, and is of great significance for accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system. In order to implement the deployment of the Action Plan for Promoting Large scale Equipment Renewal and Consumer Goods Exchange (Guofa [2024] No. 7) and the Implementation Plan for Promoting Industrial Equipment Renewal (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Regulations [2024] No. 53), promote large-scale equipment renewal in key areas, ensure the safety and controllability of the industrial chain and supply chain, accelerate the promotion and application of innovative products, this special action is formulated.
By 2027, the cumulative scale of industrial equipment updates in this city will reach 200 billion yuan, and the investment in equipment will increase by more than 25% compared to 2023. The popularization rate of digital research and development design tools and the CNC rate of key processes in industrial enterprises above designated size will exceed 95% and 77% respectively. The digital transformation of industrial enterprises above designated size will be fully covered, and the production capacity of key industries below the energy efficiency benchmark level will be basically withdrawn. The energy efficiency of main energy consuming equipment will basically reach the energy-saving level, and the intrinsic safety level will be significantly improved. The recommended catalog of innovative products at the municipal level will exceed 1500, and the proportion of advanced production capacity will continue to increase.
1、 Action Plan for Updating Advanced Equipment in Key Areas
(1) List of key innovative products.
We have launched 50 iconic products in the high-end equipment field, including intelligent manufacturing equipment, energy equipment, specialized equipment, and major equipment, and regularly update them after their release.
